Depending upon the scope and complexity of the initiative this process can be fast tracked and completed quickly, or it may require considerable involvement and time. We have worked with companies to provide just the methodology and guidance, while in other instances we have facilitated the entire initiative.

In other cases we have worked with clients to provide objective third-party opinions as to software products, hardware, and services being considered as part of an initiative.
